The Nelson Skating Club is gearing up for the upcoming season following a successful summer program where the local organization hosted Olympic and World Medalist Kaetlyn Osmond as well as several provincial coaches during an off-season camp. The high-level coaching staff, that included Osmond and National/Provincial Level coaches Heather Heide, Renee Gulayets and Caitlin

Now that the ice is back ready for play at the Nelson and District Community Complex, the Nelson Figure Skating Club is ready to kick off the upcoming season with a three-week summer camp, beginning August 15th. The Nelson Club is pleased to announce that the camp will feature some very talented guest instructors — including National Level skater and experienced coach, Heather
