Insurance company files lawsuit against BBQ Masters restaurant owner over settlement monies
STOCKBRIDGE â A civil lawsuit has been filed against BBQ Masters restaurant owner Arick Whitson by Atlantic Speciality Insurance Company in an attempt recoup a $1 million overpayment by the company. Whitson recently settled a lawsuit with the city of Stockbridge for $1.7 million.
