The family of baby Mia OConnell has spoken out about their heartache at an inquest into the three-month-old babys death.

Cork Coroner Philip Comyn told the inquest into the death of Mia OConnell, of Clashmore, Co. Waterford, that while dogs offer wonderful companionship they can cause serious harm.
