An ATV overturned Sunday evening after the driver lost control, ejecting both the driver and his 11-year-old passenger.

TOWNSHIP OF THOMPSON, Mich. - A 33-year-old man from Chicago is dead after a fatal ATV crash in Michigans Upper Peninsula on Sunday.

A Chicago man died at a hospital in Schoolcraft County from injuries that he sustained in an ATV crash on Sunday, according to Michigan State Police.

The crash took place Sunday night on Hemlock Trail in Thompson Township.
