A three-member panel next week will consider the appeal by the closest neighbor to a home overlooking Old Town that the Park City Planning Commission approved in February.

The Park City Planning Commission on Wednesday night gave preliminary approval for Matthew and Tatiana Princes bid to replace two houses overlooking Old Town with a new family home, subject to a raft of conditions, along with a historical design review.
