Said that the state still did not have standing. the majority did take the case. the states were arguing the path student loan service providers. even though these are federal student loans that we are talking about in this plan. the states were able to get a cut of that as a service these loans out to the borrowers. the states, except in the case of iowa, the states came forward and saying that they would be harmed. the dissent, still, she said that she does not think that the states have stand...

That is what it has become, unfortunately. the court, when i was in law school, we learned about how, the courts like to follow precedents. it seems that this particular court in this lineup is determined to overrule precedents. some have argued, to align to their political beliefs. this is not what you hope that a supreme court would do. they would follow the facts. they would ignore their own personal political beliefs. >> talk about overturning roe versus wade. talking about affirmative actio...
