The Shevchenkivskyi District Court of Kyiv has extended the detention of Ukrainian oligarch Ihor Kolomoiskyi for another two months until 25 April. Additionally, the court reduced the bail amount by UAH 150 million (US$4 million), bringing it to UAH 2.
The Shevchenkivskyi District Court of Kyiv left Ukrainian oligarch Ihor Kolomoiskyi in custody until 2 March but reduced bail from UAH 3.9 billion (about US$105 million) to UAH 2.65 billion (about US$78 million).
The courts have ruled to keep Ukrainian oligarch Ihor Kolomoisky in custody but lowered the bail amount to UAH 2.7 billion ($97 million), public broadcaster Suspilne reported via Telegram on Dec. 21.
The Shevchenkivskyi District Court of Kyiv has extended the pretrial investigation in the case against Ukrainian businessman Ihor Kolomoisky until March 2, 2024, public broadcaster Suspilne reported on Nov. 23.
In response to a request from the prosecution, Shevchenkivskyi District Court of Kyiv has increased Ihor Kolomoisky’s bail to UAH 3.8 billion ($103 million), Ukrainian legal news outlet Graty reported on Sept. 15.
