PryvatBank will retain control of Pryozernyi, one of the largest shopping centers in Dnipro, after winning a court appeal filed by former owners Mission-1, PryvatBank’s press service told NV Business.

Kolomoisky, who is currently under arrest, is also being investigated by the U.S. and Israel. The High Anti-Corruption Court’s appeal chamber on Nov. 28 ruled that the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU) had missed the May deadline for completing the investigation.
