Were not intended to detonate. thats a point you would consider. my analysis would be they were intended to detonate. just from what i see. heres some of the reasons. you dont put shrapnel, hidden shrapnel, glass, inside a pipe, to scare anybody. its not going to scare anybody. youre not going to see it. if you want to put shrapnel to intimidate or, like, in a hoax device, you tape a bunch of nails around the outside of the bomb so the visual attack of your hoax bomb you see. thats not here. thi...
