Reporting to the Hotel Operations Director, Sous will oversee all functions of the Rooms Division and Loss Prevention for the 545-room hotel. He brings over 12 years of experience to Fairmont Dallas, beginning his career as a Rooms Intern at the Historic Palmer House Hotel in 2011.
