Undergraduate students pursue their passion for baseball in college on the Carolina club baseball team.

Despite the rain on Saturday, hundreds of students attended this year’s Carolina Union and Activities Board-sponsored Jubilee, which featured rapper Young Nudy, smaller local artists and local vendors.

Growing up, Jay Garner always preferred to be the referee for backyard football. The Tar Heel has earned his ref stripes at Carolina as an official for Campus Recreation's intramural sports.

UNC students begin the fall semester August 18. Last fall, students participated in in-person instruction for only five days before the university announced the move to virtual instruction. This year, UNC leadership is approaching public health measures differently.

This week, students are learning about ways to get involved on-campus at UNC through the virtual fair: SmallFest 2.0. Zoom sessions for the event cover a variety of topics, including professional, service, sports and greek life organizations at the University.
