Winners of the six Colorado District Championships competed against each other Feb. 23 at Salida High School for the title of Colorado Elks State Hoop Shoot champion.

Aubree Sampson will represent Nevada at the regional competition on Feb. 24, against players from Utah, California, Hawaii and Arizona.

The first-place finishers at the Charleston Elks National Hoop Shoot competiton will advance to the Elks district competition on Jan 21 in Tolono.
