A homebound senior in Boynton Beach hoping she can get a vaccination appointment opens up after she was forced to miss her first second-dose appointment due to her health.Nancy Horan has a severe neuro-immune disease called myalgic encephalomyelitis, as well as Parkinson s disease, diabetes and other health issues. Horan, who has been homebound for the last five years, received her first dose of the Moderna vaccine at a local Publix on Feb. 2, thanks to a friend who was able to drive her to that appointment.However, she had to cancel her second-dose appointment with Publix due to health issues. I had to go to the emergency room with cardiac problems,” said Horan.
