Port Authority of Guam awards hotel wharf contract
The rehabilitation project is being funded through a $10 million federal grant with local port funds. The project will reinforce the old wharf, build a security fence, install lighting, and construct other surface work. Additional funds will upgrade the access road on the Glass Breakwater leading to the wharf.
