Housing Code Board News Today

As the weather gets warmer, the city’s code enforcement department is asking residents to do their part to keep the city as clean and presentable as possible.

The city Housing Code Board of Appeals affirmed three demolition requests for properties in the city during its meeting Thursday.

A civil court case revolving around a North Hill property was dismissed Monday against the City of New Castle and the city’s code enforcement department.
