Lowell's Alicia Leeman takes the Dana-Farber Marathon Challenge
For Alicia Leeman, all systems are go. The Lowell resident, along with neighbor Kerry Donohoe, will be running to defy cancer at the 127th Boston Marathon, as part of the Dana-Farber Marathon Challenge team.
