Letter: Who’s walking on Cable Road? Lima Public Works Director Howard Elstro wants to spend money to analyze the traffic on Cable Road south of Elida Road, according to a Dec. 8 article in The Lima News. He wants to put sidewalks down one side of Cable Road for the safety of pedestrians. I have not seen anyone walking down Cable Road. Why not use the money to pave Cable Road instead. Clyde Wise,
