Ruth “Teeny” JoAnn (Jacovetty) Hugus, age 84, passed away peacefully on January 23, 2021. She was born April 10, 1936, in Wheeling, WV to the late Mildred Radulovich and the late Charles Jacovetty. 18-year-old Princeton, Indiana, resident Isaiah B. Speedy was arrested early this morning on an initial charge of possession of cannabis. Police conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle driving the wrong way on West Main Street and found roughly seven pounds of suspected cannabis, and Speedy and a juvenile were taken into custody.
