JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- Coach Urban Meyer was pretty clear the Jacksonville Jaguars needed a pass-catching tight end, and since they didn’t sign one in free agency it’s equally clear it will be a priority in the draft. The Jaguars had better pick one in the first three rounds, though, because recent history shows that it’s hard to find an impact tight end after that. It’s not impossible -- Antonio Gates was undrafted, Delanie Walker was a sixth-round pick, and George Kittle was a fifth-ro...

The NFL offseason is like a puzzle. You start with free agency, which helps general managers construct the borders and completes much of the picture of their respective rosters. Yet there are holes that still need to be filled with the draft and with a subsequent round of free agency moves that comes just before or during the early days of training camp. That is true even for a team like the Tennessee Titans, which have been one of the More than three weeks since the start of the new contract...

Fields has been a lightning rod in the NFL Draft community recently, but there’s no denying his talent on the football field. Wi...

Brevin Jordan’s 2021 NFL Draft Tour Share this story Jasen Vinlove-USA TODAY Sports During an unorthodox NFL Draft Process, which is lacking in live team visits and a cancelled combine, players have had to improvise in order to stand out among NFL scouts. And that is certainly the case for future ProCane Tight End, Brevin Jordan, who is making a last ditch effort to increase his stock before next month’s draft. To that end, the 6’3”, 245lb is making his proverbial rounds in NFL circle...

Especially about the tight ends. “That’s a room that’s going to have to be rebuilt in some ways,” he said. With Tyler Eifert and James O’Shaughnessy becoming free agents when their contracts expire on Wednesday afternoon, the four remaining tight ends under contract for 2021 have a total of 14 catches in 59 games. Eric Saubert has the most, with 10 catches for 85 yards in 40 games, but he had just three catches last season with the Jaguars. So, yeah, a rebuild there is critical, but a...

I haven't put one out in a while, so for bleeps and giggles here's one that I mildly think can happen (IE one of these transactions). I traded 11 to the Fins for 18 and 50. Then I wasn't...
