The NTSB says faulty inspections contributed to the collapse of the Fern Hollow Bridge. Action News Investigates has learned that two companies that did those inspections are working on major road projects in Pittsburgh.

PennDOT says I-376 is closed to westbound traffic in Robinson Township, Allegheny County, until further notice due to flooding.
