The command’s spokesperson, SP Benjamin Hundeyin, confirmed the incident to the News Agency of Nigeria on Thursday.

  No fewer than three persons have been reportedly killed by unknown gunmen in the Gowon Estate, Ipaja area of Lagos State. It was learnt that the incident happened on Wednesday at about 11:35pm. The Lagos State Police Command’s spokesperson, SP Benjamin Hundeyin, confirmed the incident on Thursday, noting that at the scene, the police officers were told that the victims had been rushed to the Igando General Hospital.
