Presumed dead by family, Bihar man missing for 12 years writes letter from Pakistan jail
A resident of Khilafatpur in Bihar, Chhavi disappeared without a trace when he was 18 years old. His family, who had performed his last rites, has now learnt that he is alive and lodged in a jail in Pakistan.
