Amber Group has acquired 60% stake in Ascent Circuits Pvt. Ltd to boost its electronic manufacturing services (EMS) portfolio by increasing its local value addition and backward integration into passive components of printed circuit boards (PCB) assemblies. The Amber Group operates across three business verticals- consumer durables, EMS and Railway subsystems and mobility.
