Service providers, state agency officials joined governor for Springfield panel

During Mental Health Awareness Month, Gov. J.B. Pritzker and Lt. Gov. Juliana Stratton hosted a panel in Springfield at which he pledged to expand the state’s behavioral health services.

The two Chicago-based journalism nonprofit newsrooms garnered the Local Reporting award on Monday for the “Missing in Chicago” series. Invisible Institute also won a second Pulitzer for audio reporting.
