Breakfast chain IHOP embraces plant-based meat with the addition of Impossible Foods’ burgers and sausages to its all-day menus at all 1,690 locations nationwide.

Cracker Barrel Old Country Store adds Impossible Sausage to its new Build Your Own Homestyle Breakfast option, representing the first time the family chain has offered plant-based meat.

The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf just announced that it will expand its Beyond Breakfast Sausage Sandwich to 122 locations across California.

Impossible Foods’ plant-based sausage is made to mimic pork on every level and will be available in Spicy and Savory flavors at 13,000 retailers nationwide. 

Shares Starting April 12, smoothie chain Jamba will add the Impossible Handwich to its permanent breakfast menu nationwide at its 725 locations. The new sandwich is available for $3.79 and made with a plant-based Impossible Sausage patty and served with dairy cheese on a toasted sprouted grain bun.
