Internet speeds and quality are something some people might take for granted while others in much of rural Ontario simply go without or have no bandwidth at all.
David Piccini announced that his government was changing that as part of the action plan for the province.
Ontario is announcing an investment of up to $14.7 million for 13 new projects under the Improving Connectivity for Ontario (ICON) program.
These projects will bring reliable, high-speed internet to 42 communities across the province, including Northumberland.
