A 21-year-old was arrested by the Greater Noida police for posting an allegedly 'insulting' comment on the Indian Constitution on his Instagram account. The suspect used derogatory language to refer to the Constitution. An FIR was filed under section 504 of the IPC and the IT Act. The suspect was later produced before the magistrate and sent to judicial custody.
