Air Force held first information warfare test exercises 5 hours ago The Air Force is using a new information warfare range in New Mexico to test and integrate capabilities. These information warfare flags followed the theme of “convergence,” a key concept championed by Lt. Gen. Timothy Haugh, commander of 16th Air Force, the service’s first information warfare numbered force that integrates global intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance, cyber, electronic warfare, and information operations under a single commander.
