Ashghal starts work on Roads and Infrastructure Development Project in Mebaireek Area

Doha: The Public Works Authority (Ashghal) has started works on the Roads and Infrastructure Development Project in Mebaireek Area. That is as part of Ashghal’s plan to provide an integrated infrastructure, an advanced roads network and service facilities throughout the country.
The project is located in Mebaireek, specifically South of Salwa Road, West of Energy Street, and North of Industrial Street 33. It aims to provide an internal road network and an integrated infrastructure that meets the requirements of the population and urban growth in the future.

The Ministry of Public Health (MoPH) has decided to raise the maximum number of people allowed to attend weddings to 120 in open places (outdoors) and to 80 indoors.
There’s been a limit on the number of people allowed in weddings due to coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.
The ministry emphasised the need for commitment to implement all preventive measures such as wearing of masks and keeping a safe distance and activating the Ehteraz application.
The MoPH thanked citizens and residents for their effective contribution and praised their efforts to combat COVID-19, and their commitment to implementing preventive measures, which helped limit the spread of the virus in society.

The Public Works Authority (Ashghal) announced completion of services for about 3,000 sub-divisions as part of the Roads and Infrastructure Development Project for New Citizens’ Sub-divisions in Al Wukair South. This comes within Ashghal’s commitment to fulfill its plan to develop roads and infrastructure in various regions of Qatar, to deliver integrated infrastructure for new citizens lands to facilitate for building their homes.
