Foundation elects team

AMES, Iowa – The Iowa Soybean Research Center (ISRC) has awarded $300,000 in support of two soybean research projects at Iowa State University, reaching a $2 million milestone in soybean research funding by the center.

AMES, Iowa — The Mosaic Company has joined the Iowa Soybean Research Center at Iowa State University as an industry partner. In this role, Mosaic provides financial support to the center, which will be leveraged with soybean checkoff funds from the Iowa Soybean Association to support soybean research at the university. Mosaic will also have a representative serving on the ISRC’s industry advisory council, which provides guidance on research needs and funding priorities for the center.

AMES, Iowa — Albaugh, LLC has joined the Iowa Soybean Research Center at Iowa State University as an industry partner. In this role, Albaugh provides financial support to the center, which will be leveraged with soybean checkoff funds from the Iowa Soybean Association to support soybean research at the university. Albaugh will also have a representative serving on the ISRC’s Industry Advisory Council, which provides guidance on research needs and funding priorities for the center.

AMES, Iowa — Peterson Genetics, Inc. has joined the Iowa Soybean Research Center at Iowa State University as an industry partner. In this role, Peterson Genetics, headquartered in Cedar Falls, Iowa, will provide financial support to the center and have a representative serving on the ISRC’s industry advisory council, which provides guidance on research funding priorities for the center.

AMES, Iowa — Latham Hi-Tech Seeds, located in Alexander, Iowa, has joined the Iowa Soybean Research Center at Iowa State University as an industry partner. In this role, Latham Seeds provides financial support to the center and will have a representative serving on the ISRC’s industry advisory council, which provides guidance on research funding priorities for the center.
