Victoria Police has announced a $1 million reward for information to help solve a double murder in 1990.

Investigators believe that two 2017 killings related to the Comanchero bikie gang were innocent young men who were mistakenly killed, saying the attacks resulted from “callous stupidity” and “utter incompetence” after a gunman went to the wrong house.

Police believe Mr Tuivasa, known to his friends and family as “Sio”, may have been the victim of a case of mistaken identity in a community dispute or a feud between bikie gangs when he was shot earlier this year.
