ROCHESTER, Minn. (WXOW) - Becoming the 9th Bishop of the Diocese of Winona-Rochester on Friday, Bishop Robert Barron returns to the Upper Midwest from sunny Southern California.

Today, the Most Rev. Robert E. Barron was installed as the ninth Bishop of the Diocese of Winona-Rochester. The installation took place at a special Installation Mass at 10:30 a.m.
