Galesburg Police responded to the 1500 block of Saluda Road on Sunday for reports of a running vehicle sitting in the roadway with no lights on. Officers arrived and observed the vehicle with a male driver and a male passenger in the back seat. The driver, a 25-year-old Dunlap man, asked why police were talking to him since he was parked and just socializing with the other man he had met online.
