Twoyear Philadelphia Police officer James Mccullough was on patrol with his partner in the area of 59th and market when they were stopped by a woman who said two men were breaking into her car. Officers spotted the two men trying to run away from the womans vehicle. Officer mccullough tackled one of the men to the ground and was immediately shot in the leg by the suspect.
