Aiming to save taxpayer money and be attentive to the wishes of users, Chattanooga is switching to a month-to-month lease at the Eastgate Town Center, which officials say will give them more flexibility as they prepare to move senior programming to alternate locations.

An attendee since 2012, Irene Eubanks normally participates in programs at the Eastgate Senior Center five days a week — its a good way for her to keep up with friends and maintain a healthy, active routine, she said.
