The U.S. Marshals Service says Adrienne Marean is now in custody. Marean and 11-month-old Iris Chidester were found in Stockton, in Chautauqua County.

The U.S. Marshals provided an update Thursday and said Marean was apprehended and Chidester was safely recovered in Stockton.

A woman who previously lived in Webster and allegedly abducted her 11-month old daughter was found with the child Thursday in Chautauqua County.

The U.S. Marshals Service from the Western District of New York has joined in the search for a missing baby and her mother, who is considered a fugitive.

A West Virginia mother is charged with felony concealment of a child. The court ordered her to return the girl to her father, but both remain missing.

According to the U.S. Marshals, efforts to locate Marean and Chidester have been focused in the Dunkirk and Fredonia areas.

U.S. Marshals are asking the public to help find a missing child that has been taken on the run by her fugitive mother.
