You could buy two cases of water. it is not like a storm on the mainland u.s. where you could be out of power here for weeks or months at a time. there are still 40,000 people without power from irma. so -- when you dont have electricity, you dont have running water. this could be disastrous. weve heard promises of immediate aid from fema and emergency declaration by the president. they could need help in a hurry. this island has been sheltering people from irma and theyre in the worst of it now...
