Hello and thank you for joining us. Im andrea roane. D. C. Homicide investigators are on the hunt for the suspects who fatally shot a man and a woman right in front of two young children. The double murder happened in the 1600 block of 17th street southeast. Police tell 9news 21yearold Irving Ingraham and a 21year old were fatally shot inside their apartment.
