Amy Ryan is opening up about leading the Roundabout Theater Company's production of John Patrick Shanley’s Tony Award and Pulitzer Prize-winning play 'Doubt' after it's original star, Tyne Daly, was hospitalized and had to drop out last minute.

Multi Award-winning actress Tyne Daly is currently well on her way to recovery after she was suddenly hospitalized due to a previously undisclosed illness last Feb. 2.

As previously reported, Daly's illness caused her to exit the upcoming Broadway revival of John Patrick Shanley's Doubt .

The ‘Cagney & Lacey’ alum was hospitalized with an undisclosed ailment earlier this month following a dress rehearsal of the Broadway revival.

Tyne Daly is expected to make a 'full recovery' after an unexpected hospitalization on Feb. 2 forced her to drop out of the Broadway revival of 'Doubt.'

In all, box office for the 24 Broadway productions totaled $21,192,251 for the week ending February 11.
