LOWELL — City Councilor Corey Robinson’s motion to modify the GPS ankle bracelet condition of his pretrial release was denied by Judge Michael Fabbri during an unscheduled court hearing held Dec. 26 at Lowell District Court.

LOWELL — The tumultuous and allegedly violent relationship between City Councilor Corey Robinson and his on-again/off-again girlfriend took yet another turn in a case that has rocked the city since the Centralville district councilor was arraigned in Lowell District Court on Nov. 16, on two counts of domestic assault and battery.
