Increasing financial access to contraception for low-income Americans
Martha Bailey proposes changes to Title X that would increase the affordability of contraception for low-income Americans. A randomized control trial suggests that these changes would increase use of preferred contraceptive methods, reduce unplanned pregnancies, and generate savings for taxpayers.
