ITC Q3 Results: ​Revenue from operations in the said quarter increased 2% year-on-year (YoY) to Rs 19,484 crore.

ITC declares an interim dividend of ₹6.25 per ordinary share for FY 23-24. The record date is set for February 8 and the dividend will be paid between February 26 and February 28.

ITC shareholders as of the record date of May 30 will get a final dividend of Rs 6.75 per share and a special dividend of Rs 9.75 per share. The total comes to Rs 9.50 per share

ITC had announced a total dividend of Rs 11.50 per share in FY22 and Rs 10.75 per share in FY22. In value terms, ITC's FY23 dividend is almost three times that of Rs 6,469.48 crore dividend paid in FY22 and Rs 6,152.68 crore dividend paid in FY21.
