In a statement Wednesday, the Surigao del Norte Police Provincial Office (SDNPPO), said alias Jay-R surrendered to authorities last May 23, 2021 in Barangay Pautao, Bacuag, Surigao del Norte. Surigao del Norte Governor Francisco Matugas handed over to Jay-R the financial assistance on Tuesday.
