Colombian Gov't restores protocols for negotiations with ELN
Bogota, Aug 21 (Prensa Latina) The President of Colombia, Gustavo Petro, today authorized the reinstatement of the protocols for negotiations with the National Liberation Army (ELN) in order to advance towards peace.
