The Madison County Board of Health voted 20-7 in favor of a resolution denouncing COVID-19 vaccine and testing mandates

The Madison County Board of Health will hold a special meeting Wednesday to introduce an “anti-forced vaccine resolution.”

Madison County board members adopted a bi-partisan resolution supporting legal action against the state over a new law that divides the county into judicial subcircuits.

In spite of four Democrat county board members supporting legal action against the gerrymandering of Madison County's judiciary, the head of the county Democrat organization denounced a resolution passed Thursday as a "sham."

The Madison County Health Department Committee passed a resolution denouncing vaccine mandates, mandatory testing, terminations and exclusions due to COVID-19 vaccination status.
