D.A.R.E. to be responsible
FLATWOODS The fifth-grade students at Russell-McDowell Intermediate School graduated D.A.R.E. Tuesday. The students celebrated officially completing the 10-week program with Officer Bryan Tackett of the Flatwoods Police Department.
