MADISON — A Norfolk man accused of offering teenage girls money and vapes in exchange for sex acts pleaded not guilty to a pair of felony charges on Thursday.

A Norfolk man is facing two felony charges as the result of an investigation into allegations that he sexually assaulted two teenage girls earlier this year.

State Police arrested three men earlier this month for stealing the horns from three Norfolk Southern train engines.
