By Madison Quinn FARGO (KFGO) – Some Fargo citizens helped an officer with an arrest this morning. Officers were dispatched to a report of a driver who was driving recklessly and struck a motor vehicle parked on the road. The driver, 26-year-old Jacob Iten of Fargo was located parked in the Holiday Stationstore, at 5168 38 St. S.
