Massachusetts gaming regulators on Wednesday formally approved Betr's plan to cease operations in the state. Betr stopped taking bets at the end of the day on February 16 and has since settled all of its outstanding wagers. 

Operators printed marketing materials in compliance with old guidelines, and MGC granted an exception after increasing font size requirement.

The casino operator plans an entertainment complex across the street, and needs state OK to include poker rooms and sports betting there.
