A fugitive on the run for 28 years was arrested Tuesday during a random traffic stop after his fingerprints revealed his identity, authorities said.

Muhammed Bilal El Amin was finally caught for the 1994 Atlanta murder of Jafferd Tucker during a routine traffic stop in Oconee County this week.

Muhammed El-Amin was on the run for 28 years. A suspended car tag and license landed the accused murderer in jail.
